Broker's Comments:

Mercy Street is a very comfortable Cruising Boat still owned, sailed, and loved by the original owners. Over the years a lot of thoughtful improvements have been made to the boat which make everything more comfortable and easier to use and enjoy. Reading lights in the main salon, courtesy lights and mood lighting, Additional ventilation added forward and aft, marking on the anchor rode for depth, closet hooks, shore power "Smart Plug", collapsing Steering wheel, cup holders, an additional winch located conveniently next to the helm for trimming the main, battery monitor, Ronstan Sheet bags for excess lines, the emergency tiller did not "fit" anywhere convenient to the rudder post so with a minor operation it now comes apart and stores nicely in the lazarrette, and more personal touches have been added to make Mercy Street an exceptional value.

These owners have done a wonderful job of breaking in their new boat and ironed out any "Glitches" that come with a new boat. Recently surveyed in anticipation of selling many issues usually discovered at the last minute during a survey while under contract are already addressed and repaired or replaced. Finally, the boat comes with a brand new engine, just replaced. "Mercy Street" will be in "Sail Away" condition for you.
